Members, contributions, loans, investments, meetings — all in one secure, branded platform.

These Terms govern your use of Daimafund ("the platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Daimafund is a software service that helps chamas, SACCOs, welfare groups, and investment clubs in Kenya manage members, contributions, loans, meetings, elections, and rotating savings (mzunguko).
We are a software platform, not a bank. We do not hold your money. All financial transactions flow through licensed payment processors (Intasend, Paystack, Safaricom Daraja) or directly through your Organisation's own bank or M-Pesa account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in Kenya. By signing up an Organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so on its behalf.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
You retain ownership of the data you put into the platform. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it for the purpose of providing the service.
On account closure you can export all your data. We will delete it within 30 days unless legally required to retain (see Privacy Policy).
We work to keep Daimafund available 99.5% of the time, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to all account holders 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi.
